Appointments

If this is your first visit, please allow extra time so that we may gather any necessary pre–appointment information. Please keep in mind that the appointment time you have scheduled is the time your service is to begin. The more relaxed you are at the beginning of the treatment, the more beneficial your treatment will be.

Amenities

La Différence provides bathrobes, footwear, blow driers and a personal locker for your stay. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. We offer the finest hair, skin and nail products for home care. Your technician will provide you with a professional home recommendation.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for your personal or corporate gift giving needs. Additionally, we have a gift specialist on staff to assist you in designing the perfect gift package. Giving the gift of beauty is special, unique and a sure way to please the recipient. We offer a selection of packages designed to provide the ultimate to relax and pamper you or a loved one.

Payment

Payment is made at the end of your visit at the front desk. Major credit cards are accepted. Gratuities are not included in our service prices or gift certificates. Please note: gratuities are not accepted on credit/debit cards.

Children

In consideration of our guests seeking a restful atmosphere, we do not permit children under the age of 13 to the spa area. For the safety of your child, we request that your child be with you at all times in the salon area.

Cell Phones & Beepers

Cell phones are not permitted in our spa area.

Cancellations

We understand at times you need to change your appointment. We ask that you provide 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% service charge. Spa services totaling $100 or more must be confirmed with a credit card or gift certificate.
